Aerial Yoga: Defy Gravity
Elevate your practice and find your wings with Aerial Yoga. Using soft, silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling, we explore movement in a whole new dimension. This practice builds strength, increases flexibility, and decompresses the spine, all while you experience the joy of flying.
Chair & Wheel Yoga: Accessible & Creative Practice
Yoga is for every body. My Chair and Wheel Yoga classes and workshops are designed to make the practice accessible, supportive, and creative. We use chairs to assist with balance and modify poses for all mobility levels, while the yoga wheel helps with deep backbends and core strengthening.

Yin and Restorative yoga focus on long, passive holds, often supported by props like bolsters and blocks, to release deep-seated tension in the connective tissues.
