A quiet mind is the foundation of a healthy body. Whether you are joining us in our Yeshwanthpur studio or connecting live on Zoom, our guided meditation and pranayama sessions help you de-stress, recharge, and find balance.
A quiet mind is the foundation of a healthy body. Our sessions always include time for meditation and pranayama, allowing you to unwind, de-stress, and connect with your inner self in our peaceful studio environment.
Our weekend AUM meditation sessions are a wonderful way to detox from the stresses of the week. Chanting AUM together creates a powerful vibration that helps to relax and rejuvenate the mind and body.
Pranayama, or yogic breathing, is a powerful tool for bringing energy and balance to the body. Here you can see students practicing different breathing techniques both in the studio and online.
Refresh and detox your system with the power of your own breath. These clips show students practicing pranayama, a simple yet profound practice to clear the mind and start the day with positivity.
About Calm Your Mind: Meditation & Breathwork
In our sessions, we focus on specific pranayama techniques like Nadi Shodhana or Bhramari to address your immediate needs, whether that is lowering anxiety after a long work day or managing daily stress. You do not need to sit in a complex posture for hours. We modify every technique so you can sit comfortably and breathe freely.
Finding Your Center in Yeshwanthpur
Many people come to us believing that yoga is strictly about physical flexibility. While movement is part of it, our core practice is centered on the mind. In our studio, we see that mental noise is often the root of physical tightness. By integrating breathwork and meditation, we provide tools to help you manage the pace of life.
Why Pranayama Matters
Pranayama is not just a breathing exercise. It is a physiological reset button. When you practice these techniques, you are actively communicating with your nervous system. Whether you are struggling with a high-pressure corporate job or recovering from illness, these sessions help:
- Lower cortisol levels: Helping you manage anxiety and sleep better.
- Improve focus: Bringing mental clarity to your day.
- Balance energy: Moving from a state of exhaustion to feeling revitalized.
Our Approach to Meditation
We keep things simple and authentic. You will find us chanting AUM to create vibrations that calm the mind, and we guide you through silent meditation that is accessible even if you have never practiced before. We do not demand hours of sitting in stillness. We start where you are, using chairs or supported seating if needed, ensuring that your path to wellness is comfortable.
Hybrid Practice: Studio & Online
Whether you live near Yeshwanthpur or anywhere else in India, you can join us. Our hybrid model allows you to attend in-person for the group energy of the studio or hop onto a live Zoom call from your own living room. The healing benefits remain exactly the same.
