When you join my sessions, we do not jump into advanced poses immediately. We start by reviewing your medical history, current flexibility, and daily lifestyle. For my one-on-one students, this means I build a monthly plan that balances your breathwork and physical flow, adjusting as you grow stronger. My goal is to ensure you never feel like you are just following a generic video, but rather learning a practice tailored specifically for your body.
Yoga is rarely about finding the perfect pose on the first try. It is about the discipline of showing up for yourself. My teaching philosophy is rooted in 'Samatvam' or balance, which I apply to everything from one-on-one online sessions to corporate wellness workshops.
How We Work Together
- Personalized Planning: For my private students, we track progress via monthly health trackers. This isn't just about weight or flexibility; it is about habit formation and consistency. We look at your sleep, your stress levels, and your energy throughout the day.

In these group settings, I adapt my approach to ensure everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners, feels included. We focus on techniques like alternate nostril breathing to manage workplace stress.
- The Philosophical Foundation: Drawing from my background as a former CA, I bring a structured yet compassionate approach to class. We mix traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flows with essential breathwork (Pranayama) and restorative practices like Yoga Nidra.
