About Personalized Yoga Classes
My Way of Yoga
Yoga for me is not about twisting into fancy shapes. It's about tuning in to your own body and finding a bit of calm in the middle of all the noise. I keep things simple - no pressure to be perfect, no comparing routine. Like they say, "Samatvam Yoga Uchyete" (balance is yoga).
What Makes These Classes Different
Every person is different, so every yoga session is too. I design each class around what you need - whether you want a custom yoga plan for stress, back pain, or just to feel better in your body. You can join me online or in-person in Bengaluru, whatever works for you.
Who Usually Joins
- Total newbies who want to try yoga for beginners at home
- Folks wanting to work on specific things like back pain or flexibility
- Women looking for sessions focused on hormonal health or PCOS
- Anyone who wants a stress management yoga routine that actually fits their life
What Happens in a Session
- We start by setting a small intention (sankalp)
- Gentle warm-ups (Sukshma Vyayama) to wake up the joints
- Asanas with props if needed, focusing on what feels right for you
- Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm the mind
- Always end with relaxation and a bit of stillness
Real Talk
You don’t need to be flexible or young or anything special. Just show up as you are. Yoga can help with a lot - from women's health yoga sessions to better sleep - but it’s not a magic fix. Always check with your doctor if you have health issues.

My Story
Hi, I’m Parul. Used to be a CA, crunching numbers, now I’m rolling out yoga mats instead. Life’s been wild - from running races in school to skydiving, dancing everywhere (yes, even on roads). Art, travel, and a bit of heartful cooking keep me sane. Yoga for me isn’t just poses, it’s about inner discipline, forgiveness, and growing every day. My roots are Jain, so ‘Kshamavani’ and ‘Tapa’ mean a lot. Still learning, still dancing.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Programs - I teach online group yoga classes (special batch for women), personalized yoga sessions, and corporate wellness programs.
Traditional & Modern Yoga Styles - My sessions cover Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra for stress, and yogic cleansing.
Yoga Is Personal - I help you find what feels right for your body. No one-size-fits-all here.
Listen to Your Body - Go at your own pace, use props, modify poses. Honoring your limits is key.
Holistic Wellness Approach - Classes blend mindful breathwork, philosophy, and movement for a full mind-body experience.
Safety First - Check with your doc if needed. I guide, but your health comes first.
