About this collection
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines. In my sessions, we start by understanding your body's specific needs—whether it is chronic back pain from desk work, PCOS, or a simple lack of flexibility. We use props like blocks and belts to help you find stability, ensuring you never feel forced into a posture, but instead find a variation that actually feels good for you.
My teaching philosophy is simple: Yoga is a tool to align your mind, body, and breath. Whether you are dealing with the physical strain of a corporate lifestyle in Bengaluru or looking to improve your mental resilience, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.
My Teaching Approach
I blend traditional Hatha and Ashtanga with modern therapeutic techniques. Every session starts with a sankalp (intention) and Sukshma Vyayama (joint warm-ups) to ensure your body is ready. I emphasize prop usage not as a crutch, but as a way to correct your alignment without risk of injury.
