Why I Do This

I get what it’s like to be stuck at a desk, chasing deadlines, feeling wiped out. I used to be a Chartered Accountant, so I’ve lived the corporate grind. That’s why I switched to yoga - I wanted to help people like me find some balance and clarity at work.

What You Can Expect

My corporate yoga & wellness programs are all about pressing pause and giving your mind and shareer (body) a break. I focus on:

  • Stress and anxiety relief using pranayama (breathwork)
  • Desk job yoga routines for back pain, stiff neck, and low energy
  • Employee mindfulness training to boost focus and clear mental fog
  • Simple stretches and movement for all levels, especially beginners
  • Team-building wellness activities that actually feel good, not forced

How Sessions Work

No fancy poses, no judgment. I keep it real and easy. Each session has:

  • Gentle warm-ups (sookshma vyayama)
  • Asanas for posture and tension release
  • Conscious breathing to connect mind and body
  • Deep relaxation in shavasana

Flexible Options

I run sessions on-site in Bengaluru, online for remote teams, and for special events like wellness weeks or International Yoga Day. Every program is tailored to your team’s vibe and needs.

My Story

Hi, I’m Parul. Used to be a CA, crunching numbers, now I’m rolling out yoga mats instead. Life’s been wild - from running races in school to skydiving, dancing everywhere (yes, even on roads). Art, travel, and a bit of heartful cooking keep me sane. Yoga for me isn’t just poses, it’s about inner discipline, forgiveness, and growing every day. My roots are Jain, so ‘Kshamavani’ and ‘Tapa’ mean a lot. Still learning, still dancing.
