About Featured
My retreats are not about perfecting an asana to look good on camera. They are about healing and detaching from daily chaos. Whether we are practicing pranayama in the morning or sharing a pottery workshop, the goal is to help you find your own rhythm, and you do not need any prior yoga experience to join.
Suno, I want to show you a mountain. That is the core philosophy behind these retreats. I grew up with the hills, and these gatherings are my way of sharing that peace with you.
When you join a retreat, you are not just checking into a hotel. You are entering a communal, slow-living environment. We keep our groups intimate—usually 4 to 6 people—to ensure everyone gets individual attention. Our days follow the rhythm of the mountains: we start early with pranayama, Hatha, or Vinyasa flows, often incorporating cleansing practices like Jal Neti.
We also make sure to leave room for the non-yoga side of life. You will find us hiking through apple orchards in Kotkhai, sitting by a fire for bhajans, or just getting messy with clay in a pottery workshop. The food is as honest as the setting: pure, organic pahadi cuisine with ingredients sourced right from the farm.
These sessions are designed for those who feel tired, curious, or simply want to heal. I am here to guide you, not preach. You will meet new people, but the most important encounter will be with yourself. If you are ready for mountain air and honest conversation, come be a part of this.

I’m Manikarnika, a Delhi-based yoga teacher with my heart firmly in the hills of Kotkhai. I am just as happy guiding you through a focused Hatha flow as I am being the goofy host who insists on a game of dumb charades by the fire.
