This is the first glimpse into the world I create with my retreats. It’s an invitation to slow down, connect with the mountains, and find the stillness within you. These moments capture the heart of what we experience together.
Bodhichitta Retreats: The Full Experience
My retreats are an immersive healing journey designed to balance movement with stillness. We combine daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama with nature-inspired activities like hiking, pottery, and soulful music sessions to help you disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with yourself.
Mindful Farm Stays in the Himalayas
For those seeking a more intimate escape, I host small groups of 4-6 people at my family farm near Shimla. Here, we live a slow and simple life, eating fresh local food, trekking through apple orchards, and soaking in the serene rhythms of a mindful Himalayan farm stay.
The Path of Yoga: Asana & Movement
My yoga practice is a form of moving meditation, focusing on the connection between breath, body, and mind. I guide students through Hatha and Vinyasa flows, helping them build strength, flexibility, and awareness, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners.
Stillness & Sadhana: Meditation & Pranayama
True yoga goes beyond the physical postures. In my sessions, we explore the power of stillness through guided meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra chanting, and the deep relaxation of yoga nidra to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner peace.
For the Community: Teacher Trainings & Workshops
I am passionate about sharing the deeper knowledge of yoga with those who wish to teach or simply learn more. We offer certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) in Delhi, corporate wellness sessions, and special community events to celebrate and share the yogic path together.
My Life in the Mountains
The mountains are my home and my greatest source of inspiration. This is a collection of personal moments that reflect my love for nature, my journey, and the simple, grounded life that fuels my passion for sharing yoga with the world. This is the "why" behind my retreats.
