Yoga is my daily practice, my peace, and my foundation. Here is a look at the philosophy and personal dedication that fuels my teaching in Andheri.

Find your own strengths, because others are busy finding your flaws. If you want to step, step forward. If you want to dream, dream big. And if you want to love, love yourself and the divine.

My practice is about moving slowly and with awareness of the body and breath. As the yoga sutra says, "Sthira Sukham Asanam," the posture should be steady and comfortable, connecting mind, body, and soul.

Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future. Forgive those who have hurt you, not for their happiness, but for your own. This is a core part of our yoga practice.

Surrendering everything to a higher power, even when things are unclear or difficult, is a profound practice. Trusting in the plan and embracing the will of the divine is how you experience heaven on earth.

Your yogasadhana is incomplete without Pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses. By practicing this, you gain better control over your mind, which is crucial for progressing towards deeper meditation and self realization.

Take some time off to unwind and find your balance. Poses like this standing leg hold require focus and concentration, helping to quiet the mind and improve stability, which is beneficial for conditions like Parkinson's.

I often practice yoga near temples like Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling. The spiritual energy of these places deepens my sadhana and connects me to the ancient roots of this powerful practice.

Ignore the people who talk behind your back; that is where they belong, behind you. My yoga practice helps me stay centered and focused on my own path, cultivating mental and emotional strength.

I take full responsibility for my words, my actions, my efforts, and my mistakes. This mindset, cultivated through yoga, helps me stay focused and happy in my daily life.

Don't waste your time thinking about others. Focus on your own mat, your own breath, and your own journey. Self motivation is key to a consistent and fulfilling practice.

About My Philosophy & Personal Practice

You will not see me chasing flashy flows. My practice is about steady alignment and using props like wall ropes and metal chairs to support the body, not just push it. It is how I stay consistent, and it is exactly how we will work together to build your own strength, slowly and safely.
