Calm Your Mind: Breathwork & Meditation

Yoga is more than just physical postures; it is about calming the mind. In my classes, we practice various pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (hand gestures), and meditation to reduce stress, anxiety, and improve focus.

Safe & Supported Practice with Props

My teaching is inspired by the Iyengar yoga tradition, where safety and precise alignment are key. We use props like blocks, chairs, wheels, and wall ropes to help you achieve poses safely, regardless of your flexibility or experience level.
