I am not a fancy yogi. I am a practitioner who found balance when life was hard. My goal is to share that same resilience with you, one breath at a time.

Find your own qualities, because there are enough people to find your flaws. This is a short motivational message I shared while setting up for an online class, reminding you to focus on self-love and move forward with confidence.

In this interview at Utpal Shanghvi Global School, I share my personal yoga journey and its holistic benefits. I explain how yoga is a way of life that brings focus, discipline, and strength mentally, physically, and spiritually.

This video is a reminder of what is and isn't my responsibility. Taking ownership of my words, actions, and efforts while letting go of others' opinions is a key part of the yogic path to peace.

Don't waste your time thinking about others. This simple message is paired with a seated twisting flow, a practice that helps detoxify the body and clear the mind, allowing you to focus on your own journey.

This post explains the meaning of a core yoga sutra: "Yog Chitta Vritti Nirodha." It translates to stilling the fluctuations of the mind, which is the ultimate goal of our practice.

When you are on the right path, you don't think about the destination; you enjoy the journey. This is me, lost in my Yogasadhana flow outdoors, embracing the process.

My Yogasadhana experience at the Ganga ghat in Varanasi was truly amazing. This practice reminds me of the four pillars of a healthy lifestyle: Ahar (diet), Vihar (recreation), Achar (conduct), and Vichar (thoughts).

Hindu theology speaks of the six enemies of the mind: lust, anger, greed, ego, attachment, and jealousy. Through yoga, we work to overcome these negative characteristics and move towards a state of balance and peace.

Lord Krishna's teachings on selfless action, or Karma Yoga, are a deep inspiration for me. This video, set to my favorite Krishna song, reflects on the idea that yoga is a holistic path to harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.

Even a teacher is always a student. I am grateful for my teachers, like Nasrin Teacher here, who correct my posture and help me deepen my own practice. This humility is central to the journey of yoga.

About My Story & Guiding Philosophy

I don't teach 'fancy' yoga for the camera. My practice relies on Iyengar props like ropes, blocks, and chairs to ensure your body feels supported and safe, even if you are recovering from an injury or just starting out. We focus on consistent progress rather than Instagram-perfect poses, ensuring the work you do on the mat actually translates to your daily life.
