MOTR, which stands for More Than a Roller, combines the versatility of a foam roller with a resistance cable system. Unlike a standard Mat Pilates class, MOTR training introduces a dynamic element of instability. Because the roller can shift, your body is forced to engage deep stabilizer muscles just to maintain your position, even before you add the arm or leg movements.
In our private sessions at the Santacruz West studio, we do not just follow a routine. We focus on:
