We keep our groups small, capped at 6 people, so whether you are working with yellow, blue, or red springs, you are getting actual form correction from us, not just following a rhythm. It is all about building that foundation from your core outward.

When we say full-body, we really mean it. This isn't just about tightening your abs; it is about aligning your spine, opening your hips, and firing up the glutes. Every class at our Andheri West studio follows a specific flow that integrates the reformer with props like the magic circle, dumbbells, and jumpboards to ensure no muscle group gets a free pass.

We operate on the 'Slow equals Strong' philosophy because eccentric, controlled movement is what builds long, lean muscle. It is the opposite of gym-bro burnout.
