Pilates is about finding balance and strength in your daily movement. Whether you are a beginner on the mat or looking for a deeper challenge with props, let's work on your flow together at my Santacruz West studio.

Here’s a look at the MOTR, a unique piece of equipment we use in private sessions. It combines a foam roller with a resistance cable system to provide a full-body workout that builds strength, improves balance, and enhances core stability.

Mat Pilates is a fantastic way to build a strong foundation. In my classes, we focus on controlled movements that strengthen your core, tone your entire body, and improve flexibility, all with no equipment needed.

Pilates can be even more fun with a partner. Here we are using the Reformer for a challenging lunge variation that works on balance, leg strength, and coordination. I offer private and duet sessions on the Reformer.

Proper form is everything. This is a breakdown of the Chaturanga Dandasana, or low plank, showing how to engage your core, align your body, and protect your shoulders. I focus on precise alignment in all my classes to help you move safely and effectively.

Using props like the stability ball adds a new level of challenge to your workout. This backbend, or wheel pose, on the ball deeply stretches the spine and shoulders while requiring significant core control to stay balanced.
