  • The Pilates Chair: Don't let the name fool you. It’s an incredibly athletic piece of equipment. It’s fantastic for functional strength, focusing on balance and unilateral work. You’ll be working on your glutes, legs, and core while trying to stay stable—which is much harder than it looks.
  • The MOTR (Movement on the Roller): This is our go-to for agility and coordination. Because the MOTR adds a dynamic, unstable base, your core engagement has to be 100% switched on the entire time. It’s tough, but it’s arguably one of the most rewarding ways to improve your everyday movement patterns.
