The Wunda Chair Don't let the name fool you. It is a compact powerhouse. It is excellent for lower body strength and core stability, often serving as a primary tool for clients recovering from knee or hip issues because it allows for controlled, low-impact loading.
The Ladder Barrel This is our go-to for spinal articulation and deep stretching. It provides a level of support that allows you to safely extend your spine and open your hips, helping correct posture issues caused by sedentary office jobs.
