About this collection

Our community events are designed to break the monotony of city life. Whether it’s a sunrise session by Agara Lake or a restorative flow for runners, the goal is simple: helping you step out, breathe deeply, and find a rhythm with people who are looking to recharge just like you.

AthaYog isn't just a place to practice. It is a space to reconnect. When we step outside the studio, the practice takes on a different form. Our lakeside sessions at Agara Lake are about working with the elements, letting the sunrise and the water guide your movement, rather than just following a rigid class structure.

We also believe in building bridges. That is why we collaborate with groups like the Indiranagar Run Club. Runners often push their bodies to the limit, forgetting that flexibility and rest are key to performance. Our restorative workshops offer a chance to heal, stretch, and recover properly.

If you are looking for something lighter, our 'Flow. Breathe. Brunch.' events at The Chancery Pavilion are a way to combine mindful movement with good, sattvic food. It is about slowing down, socializing without the pressure of a formal class, and finding that 'nemmadi' (peace of mind) that seems harder to find in the city. Whether it is a trek to Makali Durga or a weekend workshop, these events are open to everyone. You do not need to be a yoga expert to join us. You just need to bring your curiosity.
