Holistic Yoga & Fitness for Kids

We don't just do exercises; we build character. Through yoga, fitness drills, and daily habits, I help kids find balance, discipline, and a strong sense of self.

A quiet corner of my studio, set for prayer and meditation. We begin our sessions by centering ourselves and paying respect to our traditions.

We start our class with the *Guru Brahma* prayer. It sets a tone of respect and focus for the activities ahead.

Fun with fitness. Using a gym ball, we work on core strength and balance in a playful and engaging way.

Teamwork in fitness. These kids are helping each other stay balanced on the stability ball, learning to trust and cooperate.

We use everyday objects like tires for creative fitness challenges. Here, a student practices his aim and coordination.

A moment of quiet relaxation. After an energetic session, we practice *Shavasana* and use sound bowls to help the kids calm their minds.

The bond I share with my students is special. Here, I'm helping one of my youngest kiddos with a fun, inverted yoga pose.

About this collection

We don't just do basic stretches here. My classes are designed to be active and engaging, using props like gym balls, tires, and agility ladders to make movement fun and challenging. We pair that physical work with real-world habits—like how to sit silently, focus during meditation with sound bowls, and show respect to elders. It is about building a strong foundation, not just breaking a sweat.

Why My Approach Works

I believe a child's fitness should be holistic. In RR Nagar, many parents tell me they want their kids to be active, but they also want them to stay grounded. That is why my sessions are not just about burning energy. We start by centering ourselves with prayers, which helps the kids switch their mindset from 'play mode' to 'focus mode'.

What Happens in the Studio

My classes for kids are split into three key parts:

  • Physical Conditioning: We use functional training tools—tires, step boards, and cones—to improve coordination and strength. It is not repetitive or boring. Every session has a different game-like challenge.
  • Yoga & Flexibility: We move from high-energy drills into traditional yoga asanas like Vrikshasana. This teaches balance, both physically and mentally.
  • Mindfulness: At the end, we use sound bowls and Shavasana. Getting children to sit in silence is the hardest skill to learn, but it is the most valuable. It teaches them to self-regulate.

Discipline & Values

I treat my students like family. If I am the loudest cheerleader when they nail a pose, I am also the one setting expectations about how to greet people, why we touch elders' feet, and the importance of respecting food. It is about raising well-rounded individuals, not just athletic ones. If you are looking for a place where your child learns to be strong, kind, and disciplined, come by the studio in BEML Layout to see the energy for yourself.

I’m Krishna Master. My studio in RR Nagar isn’t a place for boring, repetitive routines. I treat every kid like my own—my 'little gangsters'—teaching them focus through yoga, strength through play, and respect through tradition.
