At Eka, we go beyond traditional learning to nurture the whole child. From yoga and pottery to expressive music and art, we provide a space where children build focus and self-expression through hands-on experiences.

For a child, yoga is about movement, balance, and lots of laughter. During our yoga sessions, they unknowingly build strength, focus, and better posture, all while having fun and exploring what their bodies can do.

Our little chefs had a wonderful time on Chef Day. They were involved in the entire process, from prepping ingredients to serving the final dish. It was a delicious lesson in teamwork, measurement, and practical life skills.

We are thrilled to have collaborated with SaPa for music and Dr. Nandana Kadambi for movement sessions this year. Exposing children to the performing arts is a beautiful way to enrich their education and spark new interests.

Yoga helps children connect their mind and body. We guide them through simple poses and breathing exercises in a playful way, helping them build a foundation for lifelong wellness and focus.

Our one-day pottery workshop during the summer camp was a chance for children to get their hands messy and create something beautiful. Working with clay is a wonderful sensory experience that fosters creativity and patience.

We wrapped up the academic year with a fun-filled Chef Day. The children put on their chef hats and prepared a yummy meal, practicing everything from chopping vegetables to serving their friends, a true community effort.

On Big Picture Day, the canvas comes alive with children's ideas. We provide the materials and the freedom to create, and the results are always masterpieces that reflect their unique perspectives and boundless creativity.

Here is a glimpse of our Chef Day party. Children practiced many skills like cutting, peeling, and mixing to prepare a delicious meal. They even washed their own plates, demonstrating the independence we foster.

The Big Picture activity is all about creative exploration. With no final picture to imitate, children are free to express themselves, using various objects and paints to create a collaborative work of art.

About Creative & Mindful Development

Our creative sessions are built around process over product. When your child is focused on a clay pot during our pottery workshops or following a rhythm in our SaPa music sessions, they are learning patience and concentration, not just making something. We intentionally build these moments into our day to help them connect their mind and body.
