The sequence concludes with relaxing poses like Bridge and Corpse Pose, which open the chest for emotional release and allow the body to absorb the benefits.

  • Releasing Physical Tension: We hold gentle stretches like 'Thread the Needle' and 'Warrior II' a bit longer. This is not for a workout; it is to let the muscles release the built-up tension from sitting or worrying.
  • Restorative Integration: We always incorporate resting poses like Corpse Pose (Savasana) to allow the body to fully process the movement.
