What We Do Differently

I don’t believe in just handing out a bunch of asanas and calling it a day. Our sessions mix:

  • Physical postures for your body (we’ll show you what’s actually safe for your needs)
  • Pranayama techniques to work on your energy and calm your mind
  • Meditation to help you deal with overthinking and emotional swings

I always check what your body can handle. Like, if you got sciatica, I’ll straight up tell you which poses to skip. Safety comes first - always.

My Story

Namaste! We are Yogpath Wellness. Life’s too fast, everyone’s stressed, right? We see folks fighting diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, insomnia—feels like people just forgot to breathe. That’s why we kicked off Yogpath, inspired by our yoga guru’s 40 years of digging deep into yogic wisdom. We mix old-school Pranayama, Asanas, meditation—making it simple for anyone, anywhere. Festivals, roots, unity—yoga’s not just moves, it’s your journey to feeling truly alive.

My Work

Yoga for everyone - We run daily live group yoga, beginner yoga classes online, Pranayama for stress management, weight loss, and therapeutic yoga for diabetes, hypertension, IBS.

Our philosophy - Yog is a way of life. We blend Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra, and Meditation for full mind-body connection.

What makes us different - Programs built from 40 years of research. We teach you to breathe right—Pranayama is our core, not just poses.
