I do not just teach poses. In every session, I make sure you understand the 'why' behind each movement, especially if we are working on specific issues like back pain or thyroid regulation. For my home visits in Delhi, this includes physical, tactile adjustments to ensure your alignment is safe and effective from day one.

I know how hard it is to prioritize health when you are juggling office, home, and family. That is why my therapeutic yoga approach is designed to be sustainable, not overwhelming.

How We Train

For my offline clients in Delhi, I travel to your space. We focus on 60 minutes of uninterrupted work. This time is yours to fix your posture, ease chronic back pain, or work through hormonal issues like PCOD and thyroid. I use long holds (15 to 30 seconds) in our asanas because that is where the real healing for deep tissue and stress happens.

If you prefer online, the quality does not drop. My virtual 1-on-1 sessions use detailed verbal cues and real-time demonstration to correct your form. We use props you likely have at home, such as chairs or walls, to make the practice safe and accessible regardless of your space.

Holistic Wellness

Yoga is only half the picture. I always include simple, kitchen-based diet guidance as part of our session because what you eat dictates how quickly your body heals and strengthens. We will look at natural, home-based remedies to support your goals, from metabolism boosting to stress reduction.
