My Food Philosophy

I don’t believe in strict diets or starving yourself. For me, food is healing - it’s about calming your mind and energizing your body. Sach bolun toh, when you nourish yourself with the right foods, your mann bhi shaant hota hai (the mind also feels at peace).

How I Work

I use naturopathy and simple lifestyle changes to help you feel better. We focus on natural foods, not processed stuff, and every plan is made for your needs - no one-size-fits-all here.

Managing Thyroid Naturally

A lot of women come to me for thyroid support. I look at why it’s happening - like missing iodine, stress, or bad eating habits. My thyroid-friendly dietary plan includes:

  • Hydration with veggie juices and coconut water
  • Lots of greens: French beans, lobia, ganth gobi, broccoli, etc.
  • Wholesome foods: fruits, salads, makhane, kamal ke beej, singhare, til ka doodh
  • Simple home remedies (like coriander water)

Wellness Goals We Chase Together

Whether it’s reducing stubborn belly fat, boosting metabolism with natural metabolism booster foods, or improving gut health with better meal planning, I guide you with food and easy yoga asanas. We also work on balancing blood sugar and digestion.

What We Cut Down

We slowly reduce maida, sugar, packaged foods, and too much chai-coffee. It’s a journey, not a race. I’ll be with you at each step. Yoga se hoga!

My Story

Main Nidhi hoon. 6 saal pehle corporate job chhod ke yoga ki duniya mein aa gayi. Bas ek junoon tha - yoga se kuch badalna hai, especially for women. Iss safar mein, kitne amazing log mile, unse seekha bhi, aur khud bhi grow kiya. Kabhi kabhi students ke feedback padh ke aankhon mein aansu aa jaate hain, sach mein. Unko heal kar paana, unki life mein thoda sa bhi farq laana, yahi meri asli kamai hai. Nam Yoho Renge Kyo.
