What happens in a session?
If you book an in-person session in Delhi, I focus on targeted sequencing. We hold poses longer to reach deep tissues, which is essential for pain management, especially for conditions like Sciatica or lower back pain. If you are training with me online, I use detailed verbal cues to ensure your alignment is perfect through the screen.
Holistic Wellness & Diet
Yoga is only half the work. In every program, I integrate naturopathic diet guidance. This means no expensive, complicated supplements.
