Push your limits with guided, safe, and disciplined training. Whether you want to master inversions or deepen your backbends, I am here to help you get there.

The Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) is a powerful arm balance that strengthens the entire digestive system. Here it is performed outdoors on a rock.

An incredible display of strength and balance in Vrischikasana (Scorpion Pose), an advanced inversion that requires an open back and strong core.

This advanced posture, Yoganidrasana (Yogic Sleep Pose), demonstrates the ultimate in hip and spine flexibility.

Another view of the challenging Yoganidrasana, showcasing the practitioner's calm focus and extreme flexibility.

Students in sync, practicing Upavistha Konasana (Wide-Angled Seated Forward Bend), a pose that deeply stretches the hamstrings and inner thighs.

This video shows a flow from a one-legged downward dog into a deep forearm backbend, demonstrating fluid transitions between advanced poses.

About this collection

Advanced asanas are not just about the final shape of the pose, they are about understanding your body's limits and safely moving past them. In my studio, I provide constant hands-on alignment corrections because true strength comes from stability and breath control, not momentum. Before you dive into complex inversions, we ensure your foundation is rock solid.

True progress in yoga requires more than just flexibility. It is about understanding anatomy and mastering the transition between poses. In these advanced sessions, we move beyond the basics of Hatha yoga into dynamic flows. I utilize a wide range of props—including yoga wheels, blocks, and sticks—to help you access deep stretches and maintain proper alignment in challenging postures like Mayurasana or Yoganidrasana.

My approach is built on discipline. We don't just 'do' a pose; we break it down. We look at where you are, where you want to be, and exactly what your muscles need to get there. Whether you are working toward your first clean inversion or looking to refine your Scorpion pose, you will get the specific, hands-on guidance necessary to avoid injury.

We practice in a clean, focused environment in Brookefield, Varthur, and Belathur, where the goal is to leave distractions at the door. Classes are mixed-level, meaning you get to learn by watching others and by receiving direct adjustments. My students often start by just wanting to touch their toes, and they end up mastering flows they never thought possible. Come ready to sweat, breathe, and put in the work. When you finally nail that pose you have been struggling with, do not be surprised if we all shout 'Jai ho!' in the studio.
