About Hear From Our Community
People often ask if they will feel out of place because they are not flexible or have never done a retreat. The recurring theme in these stories is that I handle the planning so you can simply show up. Whether it is a warm welcome hug, a thoughtful hamper in your room, or the daily explanations sent to our group, my team and I focus on the small details that make you feel supported, not intimidated.
When I started hosting retreats, I wanted to create a space that felt less like a boot camp and more like a gentle pause in a busy life. Looking at the feedback from my students, it seems the magic isn't just in the yoga poses, but in the environment we build together.
My retreats are designed to strip away the performance pressure. You do not need to be a pro to join. We focus on mindful movement, whether that means a deep Vinyasa flow, a relaxing sound healing session, or just sitting by a bonfire.
Why my students choose these retreats:
- Supportive Environment: We laugh through the wobbly bits. You will find that everyone is on their own journey, which creates a safe, non-judgmental space.
- Attention to Detail: From the moment you arrive, I try to handle the planning. This includes welcome hampers, detailed session breakdowns on WhatsApp, and nutritious meals, so you can focus entirely on your practice.
- Community Connection: The most common thing I hear is that guests come for the yoga but stay for the people. We share stories, help each other through poses, and connect during nature treks or quiet meditation sessions.
Whether you are joining me in the hills of Dehradun for a 4-day Hillside Harmony or heading to the beach for a 5-day adventure, my goal is the same. I want you to leave feeling a bit lighter in your head and heart.
