What to Expect at My Workshops

• In-Person Sessions: Hosted at my private studio in South Delhi, these events are where I use direct sound healing techniques. You can expect a candlelit environment, aromatherapy, and the use of Tibetan bowls placed directly on the body for a deep, vibroacoustic experience.
• Online Workshops: I host virtual sessions for those joining from outside Delhi or abroad. We focus heavily on breathwork, guided meditation, and pranayama to help you clear mental clutter and regulate your nervous system from the comfort of your own space.
• Specialty Events: From time to time, I collaborate on unique fusion events, like combining AcuYoga with sound bowl healing. These are one-of-a-kind experiences meant to target specific energy meridians and provide a comprehensive release.

How to Join

Whether you are looking for a weekend reset or a consistent weekly practice, my workshops are open to anyone willing to show up for themselves. You do not need to be an expert. Whether you are dealing with burnout, stress, or just need to reconnect with your body, there is a seat for you on the mat.
