Escape the city noise and find stillness in the lap of the mountains. Join me for multi-day journeys of healing, movement, and silence on the banks of the Ganga.

Practicing Virabhadrasana I, the warrior pose, surrounded by the serene energy of the Himalayas. My retreats are an invitation to find your inner strength and stand with grace, grounded in the beauty of nature.

A glimpse into our heart opening session on the final morning of the 'Realign' retreat. We focused on expanding the annahata chakra through mobility drills and pranayama, leaving everyone feeling lighter and more connected to their inner selves.

Creating an Earth Altar is a grounding ritual we practice to honor nature and set our intentions. We gather fallen leaves, flowers, and stones, intuitively creating a shared mandala that becomes a portal for connection, reflection, and letting go.

Japa, the repetition of a mantra, is a powerful practice to focus the mind and heal at an energetic level. In our retreats, we explore different chants, using their vibrational resonance to move into a meditative state and connect with the divine.

Practicing Trataka, or candle gazing, under the stars in Rishikesh. This powerful shatkriya, or cleansing technique, purifies the eyes and mind, improving concentration and bringing a deep sense of inner clarity and vision.

Yogic kriyas, or cleansing techniques, are a core part of our morning rituals at retreats. Here, we practice Dhauti and Neti to purify the digestive and nasal tracts, clearing channels for prana to flow and strengthening our immunity.

About this collection

When you step away from your daily routine and onto a mat in the quiet of the Himalayas, your practice changes. It is not just about the asanas; it is about the environment, the sound of the river, and the dedicated time to simply sit with yourself in silence. My retreats are designed as a container for this shift, giving you the space to move from the chaos of modern life into a state of steady, grounded awareness.

A Journey Into Stillness

These retreats are not about ticking off a bucket list. They are an intentional pause. We gather in Rishikesh, the cradle of yoga, to use the environment itself as a tool for self-discovery.

The Rhythm of Our Days Each morning begins with traditional Shatkriyas—cleansing practices like Jal Neti and Dhauti—to purify the nasal and digestive tracts. This clears the channels so that Prana, our vital life force, can move freely throughout the day. We move through Hatha sequences and traditional exercises like Dands and Baithaks, honoring the body's movement before we settle into longer periods of meditation, pranayama, and Vedic chanting.

Connecting Through Sangha Beyond the physical practice, these immersions are about building Sangha. Whether we are creating an Earth Altar to ground ourselves in nature, or sharing stories in our evening circles, the focus is on raw, honest human connection. We break down the barriers we build in our daily lives.

What to Expect

  • Deepening Your Practice: Daily sessions covering asana, philosophy, and breathwork for all levels.
  • A Sacred Setting: We stay in spaces designed to keep us close to nature, ensuring quiet and comfort.
  • Honest Guidance: I am there with you throughout, not preaching, but practicing alongside you. We adapt to your body’s needs—if a pose requires a block or a modification, we use it. The goal is sustainability, not perfection.

This is an invitation to come as you are, leave the baggage behind, and return home with a clearer mind and a nourished spirit. Hari Om.

I’m Aishwarya. I left the corporate world behind when I realized that my purpose was in sharing the traditions I grew up with. I host these retreats not as a teacher, but as a fellow seeker—let’s practice, breathe, and find our way back to center together.
