I believe yoga and sound healing are more than just physical exercises. Here, I break down how breathwork and sound vibrations can actually shift your energy and help you find peace.

In this live session, I answer questions from my community about yoga. I discuss how integrating breath and postures improves physical health, the mental benefits of finding balance, and how the practice helps with stress and sleep.

Hello and welcome back. In this video, I share an update from my studio, explaining the different styles of yoga I teach, from Hatha to Vinyasa, and how I personalize classes with breathwork and sound healing to meet your goals.

The power of deep breathing, or pranayama, is immense. This simple practice can help eliminate toxins, reduce stress, and boost mental health. As a guide, I can teach you how to harness your breath for a healthier life.

A moment of deep rest in Savasana, illuminated by a candle. This pose is crucial for integrating the benefits of a yoga practice, allowing the body and mind to absorb the energy created.

The full moon, or Super Moon, is a powerful time for meditation and setting intentions. Here are three simple things you can do to harness the moon's energy: offer water, meditate, and say an affirmation to protect your energy.

A moment of meditation in my studio. I believe that we must surrender to the universe and trust its guidance. Yoga and meditation are the pathways to finding that inner peace and happiness.

About The Philosophy of Healing

Before we start any session, I always sit down with you for a quick talk therapy session. Whether it is anxiety, burnout, or just a chaotic schedule, understanding what is really bothering you allows me to adjust the breathwork and sound frequencies we use. You are not just here for a general yoga class, you are here to shift your energy, and that requires a plan tailored to your specific needs.

At my Panchsheel Park studio, I do not believe in one-size-fits-all. My philosophy of healing is rooted in the Sivananda tradition, combined with the power of sound vibrations. We start by regulating the nervous system through pranayama, which is your natural tool for reducing stress. Once the body is relaxed, we use Tibetan singing bowls to target your energy centers, also known as chakras.

This is not just about bending your body into poses. It is about clearing out old, stuck emotions and creating space for clarity. People often ask if these practices are for them. The answer is simple. If you are breathing, you can do yoga. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand basic asanas or someone dealing with high stress who needs deep sound therapy, we start where you are.

My approach is to keep it real. We look at your diet, your lifestyle, and the importance of consistent practice. If you come for a single session, you might feel relaxed. But if you commit to the practice, that is when you start to see your skin glow, your sleep improve, and your mind quiet down. It is not about performing perfect poses. It is about showing up for yourself and finding that space of peace in your daily life. If you have questions about which asan might help your specific back pain or how to start your day with better energy, reach out and let's talk.
