About Office Yoga Sessions
You don't need a studio setup or specialized activewear to make this work. In my sessions, we focus on the realities of office life: correcting text neck, releasing hip tension from hours at the desk, and using simple breathwork to calm mid-afternoon stress. Everything is adaptable—if we are in a conference room, we use chairs; if we have space, we use mats. The goal is to make it easy for your team to participate without feeling like they need to be experienced yogis to get the benefits.

Corporate life keeps us locked in one posture for hours. My goal is not to turn your meeting room into an ashram, but to integrate movement where it matters most. We work on simple stretches to relieve desk strain, focusing on spinal mobility and neck release. These are the little things that build up into major aches if ignored.
What I Bring to Your Office
- Chair & Desk Yoga: Perfect for teams who need to stay in their work clothes. We use the furniture you have to open up the chest and shoulders.
- Pranayama (Breathwork): We start or end sessions with 5-10 minutes of focused breathing to improve mental clarity. It is like hitting a reset button for the brain.
- Tibetan Sound Healing: For those high-stress days, I can bring my bowls. The acoustic vibrations are incredibly effective for deep relaxation, helping the team unblock stress rather than just pushing it aside.
Logistics for Delhi/NCR & Melbourne
I keep it simple. I travel to your office, handle the playlist, and provide the instruction. If we are doing floor work, your team just needs to provide the mats.
