I bring yoga directly to your workspace to help your team breathe, stretch, and reset. Whether we use chairs or mats, these sessions are designed for real office life—no fancy gear required.

The joy on everyone's face says it all. This is a moment from a corporate yoga session where we focused on simple, uplifting stretches to release tension from the neck, shoulders, and back. You can see how accessible and enjoyable it is for the whole team.

Guiding a team through a series of gentle stretches. We focus on movements that counteract the effects of sitting at a desk all day, like opening the chest and shoulders. This corporate yoga class was held right in their modern office space.

Partner stretches are a wonderful way to build team connection and trust. Here, two participants support each other in a gentle forward fold, helping to deepen the stretch in the hamstrings and back.

About Office Yoga Sessions

You don't need a studio setup or specialized activewear to make this work. In my sessions, we focus on the realities of office life: correcting text neck, releasing hip tension from hours at the desk, and using simple breathwork to calm mid-afternoon stress. Everything is adaptable—if we are in a conference room, we use chairs; if we have space, we use mats. The goal is to make it easy for your team to participate without feeling like they need to be experienced yogis to get the benefits.
