This is what a personal sound healing therapy session looks like. I use authentic Tibetan singing bowls, placing them on and around the body. The vibrations work on a deep cellular level to balance your energy centers, or chakras, and promote profound relaxation.

I travel to offices across Delhi NCR to set up sessions that work within your schedule. You do not need to bring mats or wear workout clothes. We focus on chair yoga, neck release, and spinal mobility to combat the physical strain of long desk hours. It is about simple, effective movements that help your team reset during a busy workday.
Sound Healing and Energy Work
For those needing deeper mental clarity, I use authentic Tibetan singing bowls. We move beyond simple relaxation into what my students call a 'spa for the mind.' By using acoustic vibrations, we work to balance energy centers, or chakras, helping you melt away stress and anxiety. These sessions are perfect for teams looking to boost morale or individuals needing a deep, restorative break.

My studio is in Panchsheel Park, but I also offer online sessions for those further away.
