About Wellness at Your Workstation

You don't need a separate studio or a change of clothes to fix 'tech-neck' or lower back stiffness. My sessions are designed for the office floor—we work with your existing chairs and workstations, focusing on gentle movements that relieve physical fatigue and help everyone reset their focus in under an hour.

Modern office life is taxing. We spend 8 to 10 hours glued to screens, which leads to stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Most of us do 500 things for our physical health, but bhai, we often forget to detoxify our energies and mind. This is where my desk-based wellness sessions come in.

My approach is about integrating wellness into your existing routine. No yoga mats, no changing rooms, and no complex equipment. We focus on:

  • Ergonomic Correction: Targeted drills for 'text-neck' and keyboard wrist strain that you can do while sitting in your office chair.
  • Physical Relief: Gentle spinal twists and shoulder openers to combat the fatigue of sitting for hours.
  • Breathwork (Pranayama): Just 5 to 10 minutes of Anulom-Vilom and Kapalbhati can do wonders for oxygenating your brain, reducing anxiety, and improving decision-making.
  • Eye Yoga: Simple techniques to reduce digital eye strain after long hours of staring at monitors.
