Sound Healing and Guided Meditation with Tibetan Bowls
I use the deep, resonant vibrations of authentic Tibetan singing bowls to help you clear mental clutter and balance your energy. Whether for a team session or personal healing, it is about finding a moment of pure stillness.
This is what a personal sound healing therapy session looks like. I use authentic Tibetan singing bowls, placing them on and around the body. The vibrations work on a deep cellular level to balance your energy centers, or chakras, and promote profound relaxation.
The final, magical moments of a sound healing session. As participants rest in Savasana, I move around the room with a singing bowl, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over them. This is where deep stress release happens.
It's amazing what a moment of stillness can do in the middle of a busy workday. I bring a blend of office yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing right to your workspace to help your team slow down, breathe, and feel reconnected.
Finding my own moment of peace. My personal meditation practice is the foundation of what I teach. It's about connecting with your inner self to find stillness and clarity, a practice I guide your team through in our sessions.
About Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
People often ask if they need to be experienced at meditation to join a session. You don't. Sound healing is a passive practice; you simply lie down in Savasana while the acoustic vibrations of the singing bowls do the work of slowing your heart rate and melting away stress. It is often described by my students as a spa for the mind, and you will feel the shift in your energy even if you have never tried meditation before.
Sound healing, or Nada Yoga, is rooted in the belief that everything in our body vibrates. When stress, anxiety, or a busy schedule disrupts your internal rhythm, these vibrations can become stagnant. My sessions use 5 to 7 authentic Tibetan singing bowls to reset this balance.
What happens in a session
During a standard 60 to 90 minute session, you lie down comfortably. I use the bowls to create sound waves that wash over you. The goal is not just relaxation, it is about moving your brain into a theta state, which is the zone between being awake and falling asleep. This is where the deepest healing and physical restoration occur.
Why it works for corporate teams
I bring this practice directly to offices across Delhi NCR. It is a practical solution for burnout because it does not require changing clothes, intense movement, or previous experience. We use a quiet meeting room, you lie on mats, and for those 60 minutes, the office noise disappears.
My approach to chakra balancing
Each bowl produces a different frequency. I move around the room to target specific energy centers, or chakras, in your body. My regular students often report better sleep quality and sharper focus in the days following a session.
If you have a specific goal, like easing anxiety or just finding a quiet space to reset, let me know when you reach out. We can tailor the guided visualization to your current needs.
