This is what a personal sound healing therapy session looks like. I use authentic Tibetan singing bowls, placing them on and around the body. The vibrations work on a deep cellular level to balance your energy centers, or chakras, and promote profound relaxation.

The final, magical moments of a sound healing session. As participants rest in Savasana, I move around the room with a singing bowl, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over them. This is where deep stress release happens.

People often ask if they need to be experienced at meditation to join a session. You don't. Sound healing is a passive practice; you simply lie down in Savasana while the acoustic vibrations of the singing bowls do the work of slowing your heart rate and melting away stress. It is often described by my students as a spa for the mind, and you will feel the shift in your energy even if you have never tried meditation before.
