About this collection

You don't need a gym or a change of clothes to fix the physical strain of a long workday. My sessions focus on 'Tech Neck' relief and wrist therapy, movements you can perform right in your cubicle that immediately release the tension built up from hours of using a mouse and keyboard.

Many offices operate at a pace that leaves teams feeling drained. My goal is to integrate moments of Santosh (contentment) into the workday. These sessions are designed to be efficient and non-intrusive, making them perfect for high-density, open-plan offices where space is limited.

The Practical Approach

I break down the physical challenges common to desk jobs and address them with scientific, yogic techniques:

  • Tech Neck Relief: We practice specific cervical spine movements to counteract the forward head posture caused by constant monitor usage.
  • Wrist and Finger Therapy: These exercises are essential for heavy keyboard and mouse users, aiming to prevent long-term strain and carpal tunnel discomfort.
  • Eye Yoga: Simple drills to reduce digital eye strain and regain focus.
  • Breathwork: I guide your team through Box Breathing or Humming Bee Breath to lower cortisol levels and help everyone reset during a busy afternoon.
