About In-Office Wellness: Yoga at Your Desk
You don't need a yoga studio to find balance. In my sessions, we focus on micro-movements like neck rolls and seated twists that tackle tech-neck and lumbar pain instantly. These are designed to be done in office attire, making it easy to fit wellness into even the busiest schedules.
Corporate life can be draining, and often we wait until we're burnt out to do something about it. My goal is to change that. I bring wellness into the pantry, the meeting room, or right between cubicles. It is not about perfect poses or getting flexible enough to touch your toes. It is about simple, practical tools that help your team work better.
