As Seen In: Sound Healing and Mindfulness Features
I am truly grateful to see my work with sound healing and mindfulness recognized in the media. Here is a look at the feature by The New Indian Express and what it means for bringing peace into our busy lives.
I was so honored to be featured in The New Indian Express for my work with sound healing. It's a testament to how these ancient practices are becoming essential for modern well-being and finding peace in our hectic lives.
About As Seen In
Being featured in The New Indian Express for sound healing was a special moment because it showed that you do not need to head to the mountains to find balance. Whether it is a hectic Delhi office or a busy weekday, the vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls help you tune out the noise and just breathe. Sometimes, all your mind and body need is to pause, listen, and reset—theek hai?
Soothing Sounds for the Soul
When The New Indian Express covered my work in their 'Soothing Sounds for the Soul' feature, it was not just about the newspaper clipping. It was a validation of the importance of sound therapy in our high-stress modern environment. We often ignore our energy centers, leading to blocked chakras and chronic tension, but the acoustic vibrations from 5 to 7 Tibetan singing bowls can physically help shift that state.
Why Sound Healing?
Many of my students initially come to me out of curiosity, wondering if 'just lying down and listening' can really help with anxiety or sleep. During these sessions, we practice Yog Nidra visualization alongside the bowl vibrations. By the time we finish, the reaction is usually, 'Bas, yahi chahiye tha!' (This is exactly what I needed).
What the Feature Highlights
- Accessibility: You do not need to be a yoga expert or own fancy gear to experience sound healing.
- Scientific Roots: It taps into Nada Yoga, using specific frequencies to induce deep meditative states.
- Practicality: Whether for a corporate team feeling the pressure or an individual seeking better sleep, this therapy is highly adaptable.
My studio in Panchsheel Park is designed to be a sanctuary, but I also bring this exact setup to offices across Delhi NCR to help teams reclaim their mental clarity during the workday. If you have been feeling the weight of the daily grind, this practice is a gentle way to regulate your system.
