About Face Yoga Workshops
These workshops aren't just about skincare; they are a practical release for the physical tension we carry in our jaw and neck from staring at screens. We spend an hour together using simple, repetitive movements and breathwork that you can easily do at your desk anytime, helping your team reset without needing to change into gym clothes or roll out a mat.
Many of us hold stress right in our faces, causing clenched jaws, furrowed brows, and tight necks from hours of desk work. In these 60-minute sessions, we focus on specific facial exercises designed to improve circulation and reduce this built-up tension. It is a light, fun, and highly effective way to break up a long afternoon at the office.
We start with basic pranayama, or breathwork, to shift the energy in the room, followed by guided facial movements. I make sure to demonstrate each technique clearly so everyone feels comfortable, whether you are a seasoned yogi or someone who has never touched a yoga mat in their life. We also include a digital cheat sheet for your team, so they can keep practicing these moves long after the session ends.
