Leave the city behind. My outdoor yoga and pranayama sessions are held in the Himalayan foothills, where the altitude and fresh air deepen every breath and pose.

A typical morning session on the terrace, moving through gentle seated postures and stretches. The clear blue sky and panoramic mountain views provide a naturally inspiring setting for your practice.

A guided Pranayama session in a quiet, natural setting. We teach various breathing techniques like Anulom Vilom and Bhramari to enhance lung capacity, reduce stress, and improve focus.

Participants practicing Bhramari Pranayama, or the 'humming bee breath'. This technique is excellent for calming the mind and releasing agitation, which we practice together in a group setting on the homestay terrace.

About Yoga & Pranayama in Nature

These outdoor sessions require some preparation. We practice on terraces and forest trails, often in cooler mountain temperatures, so pack layers and comfortable clothing for the ground. If you are specifically looking for climate-controlled indoor studios, this might not be the right fit for you, but if you want to feel the raw energy of the Himalayas while practicing, we will get along well.
