Trade the city noise for the rhythm of nature. Join us on our curated retreats to Rishikesh, Kerala, and the Himalayas, where we blend ancient yoga practices with the healing power of the outdoors to help you recharge deeply.

We begin our day with meditation in the mystical landscape of Kerala, often called "God's Own Country." The serene backwaters and misty air create a perfect setting for spiritual practice.

Learning to guide with hands and heart. Our Yoga Teacher Training students practice adjustments and alignments on the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh.

A large group session celebrating International Yoga Day in a lush green park. Yoga is for everyone, and we love bringing the community together for mass practices.

Immersed in the holy Ganga, we practice chakra meditation. This video shows participants chanting the 'Ham' bija mantra to activate the Vishuddhi (throat) chakra.

We use the purifying energy of the river to cleanse our chakras. Here, we focus on the lower energy centers, chanting the 'Lam' bija mantra for the Muladhara (root) chakra.

A guided relaxation session, or Yoga Nidra, in the gentle currents of the Ganga. This practice allows for deep physical and mental release, connecting the body with the element of water.

A philosophy and pranayama session in a beautiful garden in Rishikesh. I guide students through breathing techniques that connect the physical breath to the flow of prana, or life force energy.

Group meditation in the sacred waters of the Ganga. This practice of 'Jal Dhyan' is a powerful way to connect with nature and purify the mind.

A riverside meditation session in Rishikesh. Our Yoga Teacher Training group connects with the elements, finding focus and peace by the flowing water.

Chanting 'Om Namah Shivaya' on the sandy banks of the river. Group chanting, or kirtan, raises our collective vibration and creates a powerful sense of unity.

About Yoga & Meditation in Nature

On these retreats, we move beyond the studio environment, using the natural setting to enhance your practice. Whether it is a morning Hatha flow on the sandy banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh or a meditation session in the misty hills of Kerala, the environment itself does half the work. Expect to balance your asana practice with local cultural experiences, such as visiting ancient temples or evening kirtan, that keep you grounded in the local spiritual energy while you disconnect from your routine.
