Yoga & Pranayama in Nature

Our daily sessions are held outdoors whenever possible, allowing you to breathe in fresh mountain air and practice with the Himalayas as your witness. We guide you through various asanas and pranayama techniques suitable for all levels, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness.

Meditation & Inner Healing

We go beyond physical postures to guide you toward inner stillness and peace. Our retreats include guided meditation, sound healing with singing bowls, and candle-gazing (Trataka) to help quiet the mind and foster deep relaxation.

Spiritual Journeys & Temple Visits

Our retreats are deeply rooted in the spiritual heritage of the Himalayas. We organize visits to ancient and powerful sites like Jageshwar Dham and Kainchi Dham, offering you a chance for true cultural immersion and spiritual connection.

Himalayan Treks & Scenery

We believe that connecting with nature is a powerful form of yoga. Our retreats include guided spiritual treks through forests, along mountain streams, and to stunning viewpoints, allowing you to experience the raw beauty of the Himalayas.

Our Himalayan Homestay & Nutrition

Your comfort is important for a restorative retreat. We provide clean, peaceful homestays with modern amenities, complemented by nutritious, simple, and soulful food that supports your yogic practice and detoxification process.

Yogic Detox (Shatkarma)

For those seeking a deeper cleanse, we offer guided instruction in Shatkarma, the six traditional yogic purification techniques. These practices, including Jal Neti and Vaman Dhauti, are designed to detoxify the body from the inside out.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

For those ready to deepen their practice or become certified instructors, we offer a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course. The curriculum covers asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and anatomy in an immersive retreat format.

Our Global Community

We are grateful to have hosted students and groups from all over the world, including Vietnam and many other countries. Our retreats are a place for cross-cultural connection, shared learning, and building a global yoga family.
