In our guided sessions, I use techniques like singing bowl sound therapy and Trataka (candle gazing) to help you break through the noise of daily city life. These practices do not just relax you; they teach you how to maintain focus and calmness even when you are back in your busy routine.
True yoga is 'Jeevan Jeene Ki Kala'—the art of living. Many students come to me in Noida and Delhi carrying the weight of their fast-paced professional lives. The goal of these meditation and inner healing sessions is not to escape reality, but to equip you with the tools to handle it with a clear, stable mind.

We move away from the physical strain of asanas to focus on the energetic and mental layers of your being:
- Sound Healing: Using therapeutic singing bowls, we work on balancing your internal vibrations. The frequency and resonance help in inducing deep relaxation, which is often difficult to achieve through sleep alone.
- Trataka (Candle Gazing): This is a powerful kriya for mental clarity. By focusing your eyes on a single candle flame, we train the mind to move from scattered thoughts to a single point of concentration. It is highly effective for students and professionals struggling with focus.
- Pranayama & Silence: Breathwork is the bridge between the body and the mind. We dedicate specific time to silence and guided observation, allowing you to process suppressed emotions in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
From The Studio to The Himalayas
While our Noida sessions provide the foundation for your daily practice, our Himalayan retreats are where the transformation deepens. Whether we are in the quiet forests of Mukteshwar or near the sacred sites of Jageshwar, the mountain air and the lack of digital distraction allow for a complete reset. We combine these meditative practices with nature treks and healthy, satvic food to ensure your body and soul are aligned.
