Meditation isn't just about sitting still and trying to clear your head. It is about training your mind to find stillness amidst the noise of daily life.

रुको रुको, एक मिनट। (Wait, one minute.) Did you know 80% of people breathe incorrectly? Let's check your breath. I will guide you on the correct way to do diaphragmatic breathing. This simple practice can reduce stress, anxiety, and lethargy.

Does your mind jump between thousands of thoughts? This is the "monkey mind." In this video, I share four simple tasks to help you calm this scattered mind, including focusing on your breath, taking 10 minutes for yourself, and reducing phone use.

When we meditate, our mind goes through three stages: the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious. I explain these phases in this video, from the initial distractions to the deep healing that happens when we access our stored emotions, and finally to the state of pure relaxation.
