Yoga is not merely exercise, but a science for the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Explore my approach to personalized practice, rooted in ancient traditions and tailored for modern life.

In Kandasana, I connect with the energy of the universe, symbolized by the flock of birds taking flight at dawn. This pose, which targets the root *kanda* near the navel, is a profound practice for awakening the dormant Kundalini energy. My teaching emphasizes not just the physical form, but the deep spiritual and energetic benefits of each asana, helping you find your own inner peace and power.

Here, I practice Bakasana, the Crane Pose, on a rock amidst a flowing waterfall. This arm-balancing asana requires immense focus and core strength, teaching us to find stillness and stability even when surrounded by constant movement. Through my guidance, you will learn to build such physical and mental fortitude, one breath at a time.

This is Natarajasana, the Lord of the Dance Pose, a tribute to Lord Shiva's cosmic dance of creation and destruction. It is a beautiful expression of balance and grace that opens the heart and shoulders. As the Bhagavad Gita teaches, when we achieve a state of divine consciousness, our intelligence becomes steady, and we transcend worldly miseries.

In the tranquility of nature, I practice Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing. The breath, or *prana*, is our vital life force. My sessions focus on teaching correct breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and purify the energy channels of the body, which is fundamental for overall health.

This video demonstrates the sequence of Baddha Konasana, the Bound Angle Pose. It is a highly therapeutic asana that stimulates abdominal organs, improves circulation, and stretches the inner thighs and groins. I guide students through each movement, ensuring proper alignment to safely achieve its many benefits, from relieving fatigue to soothing menstrual discomfort.

Using yoga blocks in Paschimottanasana, or the Seated Forward Bend, allows for a deeper and more supported stretch. Props are not a sign of weakness but a tool for intelligent practice. I incorporate them into my personal training to make asanas accessible to all body types and to help you safely progress in your flexibility journey.

Bhekasana, the Frog Pose, is a deep back-bending asana that offers an intense stretch for the quadriceps and hip flexors while opening the chest. This pose is excellent for improving posture and strengthening the spine. My one-on-one sessions ensure you approach such advanced postures with the right technique to maximize benefits and prevent injury.

Seated before a magnificent sculpture of the Seshnag protecting the Shiva Lingam, I connect with the divine energy of Adi Yogi, the first yogi. My practice is deeply rooted in the spiritual traditions of India. I share these connections to help you understand yoga not just as exercise, but as a profound path to self-realization.

About Featured

When I guide you through an asana, we do not just focus on the physical form. I use props like blocks and straps as intelligent tools to safely unlock your range of motion, allowing you to sustain the pose and deepen your breath. This ensures that even in your first week of practice, you are working toward alignment that respects your body's current limitations while actively improving your flexibility.
