Here are five basic skills you can learn on the gymnastics rings, from ring push-ups to inverted hangs. Rings add a unique stability challenge that builds incredible upper body and core control.
Want to improve your grip? Rock climbing is one of the best ways to build finger and forearm strength. Here, a coach demonstrates a climbing route, focusing on precise movements and strong holds.

Strength training often gets confused with muscle building. Here, we define strength differently. It is about how well your body performs in the real world—how you lift your groceries, carry your child, or recover from a trip.
Our functional conditioning program at our Andheri, Bandra, Powai, and Breach Candy locations moves away from machines. Instead, we use your body weight, gymnastics rings, and pull-up bars to challenge your stability and control.
