Think yoga is only about boring poses? Think again. My sessions are like a dance—fun, freeing, and totally personalized to your body and goals, whether we're online or in person.

This is what I mean by playful yoga. It's about trust, strength, and having a little fun. With my support, you'll be surprised at what you can do, no matter your age.

Ever thought of doing splits in the air? With aerial yoga, we use the hammock to support the body, making difficult poses feel lighter and more accessible. It’s a great way to build strength and flexibility.

The headstand, or Sirsasana, is called the king of all asanas. It looks hard, but I teach it step by step. This variation with split legs helps open the hips while building core and shoulder strength.

You don't have to be super flexible to try advanced poses. Here, we are using partner support to safely guide a student into a standing wheel pose, building confidence and back strength together.

Yoga is better together. Creating this fun star formation shows how we can support each other to build something beautiful. My group classes are all about this feeling of community and shared energy.

This is Jalneti, an ancient yogic cleansing technique to clear the nasal passages using warm salt water. It's amazing for sinus issues, allergies, and improving your breathing for pranayama.

After all the movement, we find stillness. A few moments of meditation and prayer in our outdoor class helps to calm the mind and connect with ourselves. This is where the real magic of yoga happens.

Taking my practice everywhere I go. Doing a headstand in front of the Taj Mahal reminds me that yoga isn't just on the mat, it's a way of seeing the world from a new perspective.

Every session is just us. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Whether we are working on relieving back pain or you finally want to nail that headstand, I customize the flow based on how you’re feeling that day—no rigid scripts, just real, guided practice.

Yoga isn't just about bending your body into perfect shapes; it’s about feeling good, having fun, and finding a little space in your day to breathe. When you join my classes, we don't just do asanas. We mix movement with pranayama (breathwork) and even some traditional cleansing practices like Jalneti if you need it.

I break everything down into simple, manageable steps. If you've never tried a headstand because you're scared of falling, don't worry. We’ll use walls, props, and my support until you feel steady. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa flows that adjust to your energy—sometimes we go for a high-intensity session to build strength, and other times we keep it chill to help you recover.

My goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you are in Najafgarh for an in-person session or joining me online from your home, I provide real-time verbal cues to fix your posture and alignment. You don't need fancy equipment, just a mat and a willingness to try. Let’s get moving, learn some new poses, and maybe even have a laugh while we do it.
