Stop wishing for flexibility and start building it. Whether you are stiff from sitting all day or just want to touch your toes, my 1-on-1 sessions use smart props and safe stretches to open your body without the strain.

Working on the middle splits, or Samakonasana. This is a deep hip opener that takes time and patience. The goal is progress, not perfection.

A student achieving the front splits, or Hanumanasana, during our outdoor yoga session. This is a huge milestone that comes with dedicated practice.

Using a stick as a prop to support a deep standing backbend. This tool helps maintain alignment and allows for a safer, deeper opening of the spine.

This video shows the transition from a gentle Bridge pose to a full Wheel pose. This is a great sequence for building back strength and flexibility.

A student in a deep backbend, the full cobra pose, under the open sky. This pose is incredible for opening the heart and strengthening the back.

Practicing Chakrasana, or wheel pose, with one hand lifted. This advanced variation challenges your balance and builds unilateral strength.

Exploring leg variations in wheel pose. Lifting one leg at a time increases the intensity and further challenges your stability and strength.

Halasana, or Plow Pose. This inversion provides a deep stretch for the entire spine and the back of the legs.

Karnapidasana, or Knee to Ear Pose. This is a very deep forward fold that calms the nervous system and stretches the back.

A simple side stretch using a stick. This is a great way to open up the side body and improve posture.

About Flexibility & Deep Stretches

Stiffness isn't a permanent condition; it is just a sign your muscles need a different kind of attention. In our 1-on-1 sessions, I don't just push you into a pose. We use simple tools like sticks or chairs to unlock your range of motion safely. We move at your pace, making sure you feel the release in your hips and spine rather than just the struggle. If you have hesitated to try deep folds or backbends because of past injuries or general tightness, this approach is designed to get you moving freely again.
