Aerial Yoga: Fun Inversions and Spine Relief

Forget serious poses. With my aerial yoga sessions, we use a silk hammock to help you float, stretch, and invert safely. It is perfect for relieving back pain or just trying something new.

See? Handstands are much easier when you have the aerial hammock to support your hips. This allows you to work on alignment and build confidence before trying it on your own.

Playing with being upside down. The hammock holds you securely, so you can relax and enjoy the benefits of inversion, like improved circulation and a calm mind.

Just hanging out. This supported inversion in the aerial hammock is a great way to release tension in the neck and back after a long day.

About Aerial Yoga: Fly and Flow

The hammock does the heavy lifting, literally. I use it to support your hips and spine so you can finally nail those inversions like headstands without the fear of falling or straining your neck. If you are stiff or scared of getting upside down, this is exactly where we start building your confidence.

Why Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga, or Anti-gravity yoga, is not just for show. When you are suspended in the silk, your spine gets a chance to decompress that it just does not get on a standard mat. If you sit at a desk all day or suffer from cervical or lower back pain, hanging upside down can be a game changer for your posture and comfort.

My Approach to Flying

I treat every student differently because every body is different. Whether you are a total beginner in Najafgarh or joining my online sessions from elsewhere, we move at your pace. Sab samjha dunga (I will explain everything) — from how to enter the hammock safely to how to balance your weight.

We focus on:

  • Safety first: You are always close to the ground, and I provide precise verbal cues for spotting.
  • Fun movements: We do not just hold poses. We flow, we swing, and we build strength.
  • Therapeutic benefits: Using the hammock to relieve tension, not just to look cool.

Who is this for?

It is for everyone. Kids love the flying aspect, and adults often find it is the only way they can get into a deep backbend or headstand without pain. You do not need to be super flexible to start. You just need to show up ready to have fun. If you have been curious about trying inversions, this is your sign.
