My Yoga Journey: Practice Yoga Anywhere
Yoga is not just about the mat. It is a state of mind that I carry from the busy streets of Delhi to the mountains of Rishikesh. This is my personal collection of moments finding balance wherever I go.
Striking a dancer pose at Agra Fort, even though they said yoga was not allowed. Sometimes you have to bend the rules.
Meditating at the Beatles Ashram in Rishikesh. This place has such a special, peaceful energy. Jai Guru Deva.
On top of the world, or at least on top of one of the domes at the Beatles Ashram. A moment of peace and gratitude.
Another headstand variation in front of the Taj Mahal. This one with bent knees challenges the balance in a different way.
A wide-legged headstand at the Taj. It's fun to play with different shapes and perspectives.
Back to the classic Sirsasana. There is something so centering about being upside down in such a historic place.
A moment of compassion. Standing in front of this beautiful artwork in Rishikesh, feeling the peaceful vibes.
Another shot from the same spot, just soaking in the message of compassion.
A beautiful sunny day at the ashram. Taking a moment to breathe and connect before exploring.
Sun on my face, sand on my nose. A perfect moment of just being, by the Ganga river in Rishikesh.
About My Yoga Journey: Practice Everywhere
You do not need a fancy studio to build a consistent practice. Most of my clients are regular people with busy lives, just like you. Whether you are at home or travelling, we can make your practice work. My one-on-one sessions are designed to fit into your day, not the other way around.
I started practising yoga as a way to find freedom, and it quickly became a daily ritual that follows me everywhere. If you look at these pictures, you will see me in Rishikesh, at the Taj Mahal, or just enjoying the sun. This is the same flexibility I bring to my online yoga classes.
Why Practice Online with Me?
- 1-on-1 Attention: Unlike group videos where you get lost in the crowd, these are private sessions. Hum dono (just us). I watch your posture and fix your alignment in real-time.
- Flexible Routine: We do not just do poses. We work on your Hatha and Vinyasa flow, breathwork, and strength. If you are struggling with back pain or just want to touch your toes, we adjust the class to what you need that day.
- No Fancy Gear: You do not need expensive equipment. If you do not have a block, we use a chair or a wall. I will show you how to work with what you have.
Making Yoga a Habit
Yoga should not feel like a chore. My goal is to make it something you actually look forward to. We mix the intensity of a workout with the peace of meditation. If you are a beginner, we start slow and safe. If you want to challenge yourself with inversions, we go there when you are ready. Let's make your practice your own.
