This video shows how to perform Jalneti, or nasal cleansing. It looks strange, but it's a very effective way to clear your sinuses and breathe more freely.

This is Rubber Neti, a more advanced cleansing technique using a rubber catheter. It helps to clear blockages in the nasal passages. I guide all my students through this safely.

Performing eye cleansing exercises with special eye cups. This practice, called Netra Shuddhi, helps to soothe tired eyes and improve vision.

A closer look at the eye cleansing cups. This is a gentle and refreshing practice, especially if you spend a lot of time on screens.

A student practicing Nadi Shodhan, or alternate nostril breathing. This pranayama is excellent for balancing the nervous system and reducing anxiety.

This is Bhramari Pranayama, or the bee breath. The humming sound is incredibly calming for the mind and helps to release tension.

Kapalbhati, or the skull shining breath. This is an energizing pranayama that cleanses the respiratory system and awakens the mind.

Practicing Garuda Arms, or Eagle Arms, in a seated position. This is a great stretch for the shoulders and upper back, and helps to focus the mind.

Chanting the beej mantra 'Ham' for the throat chakra. Sound vibration is a powerful tool in yoga for balancing our energy centers.

Chanting 'Yam', the beej mantra for the heart chakra. Placing a hand on the heart helps you feel the vibration and connect with this energy center.
