A quick look at what my yoga is all about: fun, strength, and finding your freedom. These are some of my favorite moments from our sessions, showing everything from playful partner yoga to the calm of meditation. This is the best way to see if my style of teaching feels right for you.
Acro Yoga: Fun with Partners & Groups
Acro yoga is a playful practice that mixes yoga with acrobatics. We build trust, communication, and strength by working with a partner or in a group. It's less about perfect poses and more about connection and laughter, perfect for friends, family, and kids.
Aerial Yoga: Fly and Flow
We use a soft, silk hammock to support your body, helping you float, stretch, and invert with ease. Aerial yoga is amazing for decompressing the spine, building upper body strength, and trying poses you never thought possible. It’s like a playground for yogis.
Advanced Asanas: Strength & Balance
Ready for a challenge? I love guiding students safely through advanced poses like headstands, arm balances, and inversions. We break down each pose step by step, using props and support so you can build strength and confidence to master what scares you.
Flexibility & Deep Stretches
Want to touch your toes or do the splits? My sessions focus on safely increasing your flexibility. We use a mix of dynamic and static stretching, props, and gentle adjustments to help you release tension and unlock your body's potential, one breath at a time.
Pranayama & Shatkarma: Breathe & Cleanse
Yoga is more than just poses. We explore powerful breathing techniques (Pranayama) to manage energy and calm the mind. I also teach traditional yogic cleansing practices (Shatkarmas) like Jalneti for respiratory health and purification.
Group Classes: In the Studio & Outdoors
Whether we are on the rooftop, in a park, or in the studio, the energy of practicing together is special. My group classes are for everyone, all ages and all levels. We have fun, we challenge ourselves, and we support each other on our yoga journey.
My Yoga Journey: Practice Everywhere
For me, yoga is not just an exercise, it's a way of life that I take with me everywhere. From the mountains of Rishikesh to the iconic Taj Mahal, these are a few moments from my personal journey. They remind me to find balance, peace, and a little bit of playfulness, no matter where I am.
Additional Poses & Moments
Here are a few more clips from my daily practice and online challenges. This is where I explore different flows and transitions, always learning and growing. It shows the kind of movements and sequences we can work on together in our one-on-one sessions.
